RIZE Massachusetts Foundation: Opioid Recovery & Remediation Fund Community Grant Program

The goal of the Mosaic Opioid Recovery Community Grants program is to create a pathway of access to apply for these funds for both municipalities and non-profit organizations, particularly those based in communities that are historically underserved and have experienced a disproportionately high rate of opioid-related overdose deaths. Additionally, RIZE will work with grantees to develop plans for sustainability, including increasing their readiness to apply for future state procurements.
