RIZE has awarded nearly $13 million in opioid settlement funds through Mosaic Opioid Recovery Partnership across three rounds of grant funding. Eighteen organizations were awarded $3.75 million through Mosaic’s Community-based Opioid Response Efforts (CORE) Grant program in August 2024. In February 2025, RIZE awarded nearly $1.5 million in matching grants to 75 municipalities and their nonprofit partners through the Mosaic Municipal Matching Grant program. In September 2025, RIZE awarded $7.5 million in grants to eight community-based organizations through the Family Resilience Grant program.

The awardees of the second round of the Municipal Matching Grant program will be announced in February 2026.
