Apply for a Grant

RIZE has awarded nearly $5,250,000 in opioid settlement funds through Mosaic Opioid Recovery Partnership across two rounds of grant funding. Eighteen organizations were awarded $3,750,000 through Mosaic’s Community-based Opioid Response Efforts (CORE) grant program in August 2024. In February 2025, RIZE awarded nearly $1,500,000 in matching grants to 75 municipalities and their nonprofit partners through the Mosaic Municipal Matching Grant program.

One additional grant round in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 will focus on population-based or program-specific opioid response efforts. More details on this funding opportunity will be provided at a later date.
